In this year’s Open Space, we’ll try to find the answer to the question of How do we use the creative potential of our organizations and technological innovations in IT? through group discussion.

With other conferences, it’s usually pretty rare to have a long, thorough conversation with many colleagues on topics that really interest us. Discussions following presentations are frequently just not enough.

Because of this, we’ve decided for the second time to follow the examples of successful global conferences and open up a space for focused discussions. We invite you to together create and discussion agenda for discussion that you personally and passionately are interested in, relating in any way to creativity and innovation. What are the processes in your organization? What experience do you have? Would you share some examples with us? Do you have any suggestions on how we can innovate?

We’ll conduct the discussion using every conference’s favorite format, Open Space Technology, which throughout the globe offers the opportunity for comfortable and thorough group thinking of complex topics while generating the desired results in a short time period. The event itself is a great experience which you will doubtlessly remember for a long time as a good example of innovation and quality – we can solve a lot when we organize ourselves around themes that interest us, and quickly at that!
