In case of early application – until April 16th, 2015, the participation price is 2,000.00 kn.

Pricing from April 17th, 2015 and onwards is 2,500.00 kn.
VAD is included in the price.

Accommodations for conference participants have been arranged at the hotel Lone*****.

A single bed hotel room for two nights costs 2,058.00 kn, with sojourn tax and breakfast included.

A double (2) bed hotel room for two nights costs 1,281.00 kn, with sojourn tax and breakfast included.

Registration fees and accommodations must be paid for by May 9th, 2015 at the latest.

For cancelling reservations:
Requests for changes/cancellations must be made out to BAN TOURS in written form (e-mail or fax). Changes/cancellations made over telephone cannot be processed. We kindly ask you not to contact the hotel directly, considering that BAN TOURS is the official agency through which reservations are made for conference participants.
