Registration for conference participants will be processed at the registration table from May 17th, from 3:00 PM to 7:30 PM, and May 18th, from 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM.

Check in at the hotel is available after 3:00 PM, starting May 17th.

Check out is required by 11:00 AM, May 19th.

Following check out, you may leave your luggage in an insured area (at reception) for later pick-up.

Parking is available in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.

Breakfast is server from 6:30 to 11:00 each morning.
